Recover-Care Healthcare in Kansas is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of dedicated caregivers. You will provide nursing care to residents across shifts, collaborating with Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, and Director of Nursing to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Certification as an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Responsibilities

• Enhancing the clinical care and quality of life of residents.
• Preparing and administering medications as ordered by the physician.
• Checking residents daily to ensure prescribed treatment is properly administered.
• Keeping the RN Supervisor informed about the status of residents, staff and related matters.
• Implementing recommended changes as directed by the RN Supervisor or the Director of Nurses.
• Completing all LPN required record-keeping forms/charts upon admission, discharge, or transfer.
