Job summary

Dawson Manor Health & Rehab in Dawson, GA is hiring a Full-Time Day shift LPN to provide high-quality, person-centered nursing care. You will work with RNs, CNAs, and an interdisciplinary team to deliver medications, monitor residents, and support care plans in a non-profit, mission-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license (Georgia or eligible)
• Compassionate, patient-centered care
• Strong teamwork and communication with care team
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and documentation

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents and report changes to the care team
• Provide direct nursing care per care plans
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and standards
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
