Qualificações

• Valid state nursing license in good standing.
• In-depth knowledge of nursing practices and long-term care regulations.

• Collaborative team player with experience in long-term care.
• All LPN positions require weekend on-call availability.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, executes, and oversees nursing services for assigned residents while adhering to quality care standards and physician instructions.
• Efficiently plans and provides professional care aligned with residents' needs.
• Maintains professionalism in interactions with residents, physicians, families, peers, and support staff.
• Documents crucial information related to resident care accurately and comprehensively.
• Administers prescribed medications and oversees accurate record-keeping.
