Job summary

Southland Health & Rehab is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Georgia to join our mission-driven team. You will work with RNs and CNAs to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a non-profit environment that values service and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible).

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Your Impact as an LPN As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well‑being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person‑centered care.
