Job summary

Four County Health & Rehab in Richland, GA is seeking an LPN Charge Nurse for the evening shift (3p-11p). This full-time role supports RNs and CNAs to deliver patient-centered care in a non-profit, mission-driven setting.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, supervise CNAs, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with policies while communicating effectively with residents and families. Georgia licensure is required or eligible.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligible.
