Four County Health & Rehab in Richland, GA is hiring an LPN for the evening charge nurse role. You’ll work with RNs and CNAs to deliver high‑quality, person‑centered care, administer medications, follow care plans, and maintain accurate documentation.

We offer competitive hourly pay ($28.49–$31.40) with evening, night, and weekend differentials, plus a benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO and holidays.
