Job summary

Gordon Health & Rehab in Georgia is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate care team. You will administer medications, monitor residents, provide direct nursing care, supervise CNAs and maintain accurate documentation per care plans.

Starting pay ranges from $28.35 to $31.50 per hour with shift differentials. We offer weekly pay, competitive benefits, 401(k), PTO and a Great Place to Work Certified culture that rewards teamwork and excellence.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license (State of Georgia) or eligible.
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care according to care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and ensure policy compliance.
