Newnan Health & Rehab is seeking an LPN to deliver high-quality, compassionate care in a supportive, mission-driven nonprofit environment. You will work closely with RNs and CNAs to provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and document care plans.

Formación

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Georgia or eligible
• Compassionate, patient-centered care approach
• Strong communication and teamwork with RNs, CNAs and care team
• Commitment to high-quality care and regulatory compliance

Responsabilidades

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team
• Provide direct nursing care per care plans
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members

Your Impact as an LPN

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality clinical care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to provide compassionate, person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:

What You Bring

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (State of Georgia or eligible)
• A passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required
