Job summary

Brown Health & Rehab is seeking an experienced LPN Charge Nurse for a full-time Day Shift in Royston, GA. You will work with RNs and CNAs to provide high-quality resident care and medication administration, following care plans and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license (GA) or eligible.
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork.
• Experience in long-term care preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
