Qualifications

• Active LPN license for Georgia.
• Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality nursing care.
• Strong teamwork and communication with interdisciplinary staff.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care according to care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
