Riverside Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high‑quality, compassionate care within an interdisciplinary team. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and other staff to execute care plans and ensure patient well‑being.

Responsibilities include administering medications, documenting care, and supervising CNAs while maintaining regulatory compliance. A Georgia LPN license is required; prior long‑term care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (Georgia)
