Job summary

Riverside Health & Rehab in Thomaston, GA is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join as a Charge Nurse on a part-time/PRN basis. You will work with RNs, CNAs and the interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring residents, documenting care, supervising CNAs, and ensuring regulatory compliance. A Georgia LPN license is required or eligible, with long-term care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligible.
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
