Job summary

Columbia Cottage is seeking compassionate and skilled LPN Charge Nurses to join our assisted living team in Palmyra, PA. You will oversee daily nursing care on shift and work with a dedicated team to support residents.

Starting pay is $32 per hour with full-time schedules evenings 2:30–11:00, including every-other-weekend and holiday rotation. We offer benefits such as 401(k) with match, health and life insurance, and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license required.
• First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations and nursing staff on shift.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician direction.
• Assess residents and monitor changes in condition.
• Accurately document care, treatments, and progress.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care teams.
• Support and collaborate with fellow nursing staff.
• Ensure high-quality, compassionate care is consistently delivered.
