Job summary

Columbia Cottage – Palmyra, PA is seeking a compassionate LPN Charge Nurse to join our assisted living team. The role requires strong communication and time-management skills to oversee daily nursing operations and deliver direct resident care.

Starting pay is $32.00/hour with a comprehensive benefits package and a fixed evening schedule (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, M-F). Weekend/holiday rotations apply, and RN candidates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license (required) – RN candidates welcome to apply.
• First Aid certification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for caring for seniors in an assisted living setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations and nursing staff on shift.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician direction.
• Assess residents and monitor changes in condition.
• Accurately document care, treatments, and progress.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care teams.
• Support and collaborate with fellow nursing staff.
• Ensure high-quality, compassionate care is consistently delivered.
