Job summary

Columbia Cottage Linglestown is seeking a compassionate LPN Charge Nurse to join our assisted living team. You will oversee daily nursing operations, provide direct care under physician direction, and support residents and families.

This part-time role offers a starting pay of $31 per hour, night shift 11:00pm–7:30am, with every-other-weekend/holiday rotation and competitive benefits including medical, dental, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license (required) – RNs welcome to apply.
• First Aid certification.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for caring for seniors in an assisted living setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical operations and nursing staff on shift.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician direction.
• Assess residents and monitor changes in condition.
• Accurately document care, treatments, and progress.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care teams.
• Support and collaborate with fellow nursing staff.
