Job summary

Harborview Health Systems in Marietta, GA is seeking an LPN Charge Nurse to provide medication administration, monitor resident conditions, and support daily living activities. You will maintain documentation, communicate with interdisciplinary teams and families, and uphold infection control and safety standards to protect residents and teammates.

Active LPN license in good standing is required; experience in skilled nursing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we’ll invest in the right heart and mindset.

Responsibilities
