Job summary

Bolingreen Health & Rehab in Georgia is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality clinical care within a collaborative, patient‑centered team. You’ll work with RNs, CNAs and a multidisciplinary team in a nonprofit, mission‑driven setting.

Offering pay from $28.49 to $31.40 per hour with shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends, plus weekly pay and a robust benefits package, this role emphasizes compassionate care and patient well‑being.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in Georgia or eligible.
• Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long‑term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
