Job summary

The role requires an active Nebraska LPN license, at least 1 year of nursing experience, strong leadership and communication abilities, and excellent clinical skills.

Shifts: 6:30a-6:30p and 6:30p-6:30a

About the Role:

As an LPN Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing unit, ensuring that residents receive the highest level of care and attention. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor resident progress, and make adjustments as needed. Your excellent leadership and communication skills will enable you to effectively guide and support your teammates, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:
