Job summary

Emerald Nursing & Rehab Lancaster is seeking an experienced LPN Charge Nurse in Lincoln, NE. You will oversee the daily operations of the nursing unit, lead the care team, and work with the interdisciplinary staff to deliver high‑quality resident care.

This role requires an Nebraska LPN license, at least 1 year of LPN experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. You will participate in care planning, monitor progress, document care, and ensure regulatory compliance while fostering

Responsibilities

About the Role

As an LPN Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing unit, ensuring that residents receive the highest level of care and attention. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor resident progress, and make adjustments as needed. Your excellent leadership and communication skills will enable you to effectively guide and support your teammates, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
