Job summary

HMR Veteran's Services, LLC in Bonham, Texas seeks a Nursing Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day nursing activities while ensuring quality care and regulatory compliance. The role reports to the Assistant Director and Director of Nursing to maintain high standards of care.

Qualified candidates will have a Nursing Degree or LPN/LVN diploma, a current Texas license, and at least one year of experience in a hospital or similar health care setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Nursing Degree or be a graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
• Must possess a current, active Texas nursing license (LPN/LVN).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital or nursing facility.

Responsibilities

To supervise the day‑to‑day nursing activities of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern the facility, and as may be required by the Assistant Director and Director of Nursing to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Key Qualifications

• Must have, at a minimum, a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved License Practical or Vocational Nurse program.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a License Practical or Vocational Nurse in this state.
• One (1) year of experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related health care facility.
