Job summary

Villa At West Branch is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team. The LPN assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of residents for a shift of duty.

The role includes providing licensed care as ordered, reporting at shift changes, and maintaining a safe, clean environment while supervising CNA services and reviewing care plans. Current state LPN license and CPR are required, with 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current CPR Certification required.
• Possess a current license to practice in the State as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Long-Term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides licensed care to residents as ordered by physician and in accordance with standards.
• Reports nursing activities at shift changes and documents care.
• Maintains clean and sanitary work areas and patient rooms.
• Supervises day-to-day certified nursing assistant services per standards.
• Performs resident assessments/observations and reviews care plans.
