You will administer medications, monitor health status, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to support individualized care plans.

We offer impressive wages including a $2.00/hr shift differential for 3-11pm, weekend differential, referral bonuses, and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Maryland LPN license required.
• Proven clinical leadership and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications: oral, topical, IV, injectable as prescribed.
• Wound care and prevention; manage pain and dressings.
• Monitor residents' physical and mental health; track changes.
