Christian Park Healthcare Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver and coordinate resident care under the supervision of the Director of Nursing. The role includes clinical supervision of CNAs/STNAs and serving as a resource for residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience in long-term or sub-acute care preferred.
• Current state license to practice as an LPN.
• CPR certification current or within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervises CNAs/STNAs and other staff delivering direct care.
• Plans and directs work to meet resident needs and staff capabilities.
• Prepares assignments, adjusting for staffing levels and resident safety.
• Receives staffing calls and arranges replacements as needed.
• Transfers employees among units based on staffing demands.
• Completes performance evaluations for CNAs/STNAs.
• Adjusts break schedules and addresses staff concerns.
• Use independent judgment in line with company policies and laws.
