Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current license.
• Ability to supervise CNAs and subordinate staff.
• Commitment to residents' rights, dignity and quality care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CNAs and assign tasks to staff.
• Administer medications and injections within scope.
• Maintain narcotics inventory and document dispensing.
• Chart patient progress and care planning updates.
• Coordinate rounds with physicians and respond to changes.
• Ensure infection control and safety procedures are followed.
