Qualifications

• Massachusetts LPN license in good standing.
• Experience in hospital or long-term care preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of the RN Shift Supervisor.
• Supervise nursing assistants to ensure care is delivered according to facility standards and protocols.
• Maintain communication with residents, their families, and support departments to ensure care plans are tailored to meet individual needs.
• Carry out assigned duties and report directly to the RN Shift Supervisor.
• Participate in continuing educational programs to maintain licensure and enhance skills.
