Responsibilities include supervising daily nursing operations, charting, administering medications, and coordinating with physicians and other team members to deliver comprehensive care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with current state license.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants.
• Plan and supervise nursing services and patient care activities.

• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and other staff to coordinate care.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and surveys.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure resident safety and rights.
