Cambridgepac is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to provide direct nursing care to residents in our Mobile, AL facility. You will supervise nursing assistants, ensure adherence to federal, state, and local standards, and maintain accurate documentation of resident care.

The role requires strong clinical skills, teamwork, and a patient-focused approach to uphold quality care at all times. Full-time, day and night shifts available with competitive benefits.

Qualificações

• LPN license required and current in-state.
• Strong assessment, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and compassionate patient care.

Responsabilidades

• Direct the day-to-day nursing assistants and oversee care plans.
• Complete and maintain resident charts and progress notes.
• Supervise residents’ care according to policies and procedures.
• Participate in discharge planning and coordination with team.
• Respond to nurses’ notes and physician orders promptly.
