Stoneybrook Health & Rehab is seeking an LPN to join our team in Kansas. Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, you will provide direct patient care according to care plans and coordinate with physicians and families.

Qualifications

• Provide care per care plans and coordinate with physicians, patients, families, and other staff.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain all clinical records required for patient care.
• Review weekly reports to monitor staff compliance with Kansas and Federal requirements including bloodborne pathogens, hazardous materials, infection control, and fire safety.
