Job summary

Holiday Resort Health & Rehab is looking for an LPN to join our team in Kansas. As an LPN, you will work under the general supervision of the community's Director of Nursing to provide care per care plans and coordinate with physicians, patients, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Kansas.
• Ability to provide care per care plans.
• Good communication with patient and family.

Responsibilities

• Provide a provision of care to patients in accordance with their care plans and coordinate with physicians and staff involved in patient care.
• Communicate with patient and family regarding education and progress of patient.
• Review and maintain all clinical records required for patient’s care and progress.
• Review weekly reports to monitor compliance with Kansas and Federal requirements including infection control and safety.
