Schedule: Full-Time | Every Other Sunday
Department: Assisted Living & Memory Care

What You’ll Do:

Lead and support RCAs during daily care

Complete assessments and ensure accurate documentation

What You Bring:

Active LPN license

1–2 years of nursing experience (senior care or memory care a plus)

Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
