We are looking for a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team! As an LPN, your main role will be to deliver nursing care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment. You will be part of a dedicated team whose support and camaraderie build community, fostering long-lasting relationships with both associates and residents.

Responsibilities
  1. Accurately assess, communicate, and document residents’ status.
  2. Observe and report significant changes in resident behavior and health to the appropriate personnel per regulations.
  3. Supervise daily work assignments of Resident Care Assistants.
  4. Mentor and guide Lead Resident Care Assistants.
  5. Coordinate care with community providers through effective case management.
  6. Balance service demands with supporting resident independence.
  7. Recognize and report elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation per regulations.
  8. Respond to emergencies and know when to call for backup.
Requirements
  1. Current state license as an LPN and CPR certification.
  2. Graduate of an approved LPN program.
  3. 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred.
  4. Experience working with the elderly is highly desirable.
