Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Florida is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our multidisciplinary care team. You will deliver high-quality nursing care to residents, observe condition changes, and report findings to the supervisor.

The role requires graduation from an accredited LPN program, active LPN license, CPR certification, and a willingness to supervise CNAs, provide compassionate patient care, and maintain documentation in accordance with Life Care standards.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
• Currently licensed/registered in applicable State; active LPN license in good standing.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; CPR must remain current during employment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assign duties and provide clinical supervision to CNAs.
• Deliver quality nursing care with excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
