Mercy Health in Ohio is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Physician Practice – Cardiovascular Thoracic Surgery team. You will deliver patient care under the physician's direction, prepare patients for visits and support the health care team in a fast-paced setting.

• One year of clinical patient care experience preferred
• Ability to learn and use a computer-based patient scheduling/registration system
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with physicians and health care team to meet patient and family needs
• Provide direct basic nursing care per LPN scope of practice
• Label and package specimens as trained
• Assist with administrative duties as assigned by RN
• Chaperone health care providers during examinations
• Assist providers with procedures, treatments and interventions
• Other duties as assigned
