Job summary

This role supports the Practice Manager in coordinating practice personnel to ensure consistent standards of practice and competencies in patient care services.

Key duties include managing patient flow, taking vital signs, collecting specimens, administering medications, and conducting quarterly audits.

Qualifications

• Graduation from practical nursing program.
• LPN license in State of Ohio (OH).
• BLS certification required or preferred.
• Experience in leadership roles in a clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide physician support and comprehensive nursing care to patients and families.
• Coordinate and lead practice personnel to ensure standards of care.
• Monitor patient flow and communicate delays to patients.
• Record vital signs, height/weight, and allergies.
• Collect specimens and administer medications within licensure scope.
• Conduct quarterly audits and report outcomes to Performance Improvement.
