Job summary

Lakeside Post Acute is seeking qualified LPNs to join our skilled nursing team in Lakeside. This full-time opportunity offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a schedule of 6:30pm-6:30am across Thu-Fri-Sat-Sun-Mon-Tue shifts.

Be part of a compassionate team focused on excellent care. Current Colorado LPN license is required, CPR certification, and successful background checks are essential. Competitive pay and solid benefits await.

Successful Candidates

• Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
• Current CPR certification0am
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check

Rate Range: $30-$40
