You will provide nursing care and medication administration per the care plan, while contributing to assessments and patient advocacy in a dynamic psychiatric rehabilitation environment.

Qualifications

• As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN license.
• Prior Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!

Responsabilités

• Ensure residents receive the medication and nursing care as directed by their individual care plan.
• Conduct resident assessments.
