Job summary

Peterson Park Health Care Center in Chicago, IL is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caring team. The LPN will administer medications, provide nursing care per individualized plans, and support residents in a patient-centered environment.

As a backbone of the Clinical Department, you will assess residents, lead a small care team, and advocate for residents’ safety and comfort. Illinois LPN licensure is required, with experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Unencumbered State of Illinois LPN license.
• Prior LPN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication administration and nursing care as directed by care plans.
