Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care to individuals in behavioral health and residential settings.
• Perform assessments, obtain vitals, administer meds per physician orders.
• Monitor patients and communicate changes to the clinical team.
• Collaborate with RNs, providers, therapists, and staff to support care plans.
• Administer and document medications in the EMR with accuracy.
• Support admissions, transfers, and discharges with nursing requirements.
• Educate patients about medications and care plans.
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment and ensure shift handoffs.
