Job summary

Pacific Ridge Enhanced Services provides direct nursing care in a 16-bed ESF under RN supervision, administering medications, monitoring vitals, and documenting health assessments to support person-centered care plans in a safe, recovery-focused environment.

The role is full-time with rotating weekends or per diem options, day or night shifts. LPN license in WA and 1 year in behavioral health are required; CPR/First Aid certified; EMR familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Washington State LPN license.
• Minimum one year of experience in psychiatric or behavioral health care.
• CPR/First Aid certification required; Therapeutic Options preferred.
• Knowledge of medication administration and infection control.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with ECP or equivalent EMR system.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and medication management per each client’s PCSP.
• Support BSP and CPRP implementation and documentation as required.
• Collaborate with the RN and Program Coordinator during assessments.
• Maintain readiness for inspections and audits.
• Participate in CQI activities and quality improvement.
• Assist with staff training, documentation audits, and infection control.
• Support RN in crisis response and health-related services coordination.
• Participate in emergency response, drills, and infection control.
• Follow infection prevention and PPE protocols.
• Maintain readiness for crises.
