Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care including vital signs monitoring and documentation.
• Administer injections and perform tests as required.
• Record detailed reports of care provided to patients.

Skills

Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite and EHR

Ability to multi-task with excellent organization skills

Knowledge of medical terminology

Experience working with diverse backgrounds

Ability to explain physician’s instructions

Education

High School or GED

NYS LPN licensure
