Job summary

Centurion is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Behavioral Health team at Patuxent Correctional Institution in Jessup, Maryland. The LPN will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the direction of RNs and medical staff, addressing a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications include Maryland LPN licensure, at least 1 year of LPN experience (corrections preferred), CPR/BLS certification, and ability to obtain security clearance

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN with an active Maryland license.
• Minimum of one year of LPN experience in a community outpatient clinic, hospital or long-term care facility preferred.
• Corrections experience preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, including drug screen and background check.

Partnering with Talantage LLC, we are currently seeking a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Behavioral Health team at Patuxent Correctional Institutionlocated in Jessup, Maryland.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Behavioral Health) is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff, to respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN with an active license to practice in Maryland


• Minimum of one year of work experience as an LPN in a community outpatient clinic, hospital or long-term care facility preferred


• Corrections experience preferred


• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ BLS


• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
