Job summary

Heritage Hall is seeking an LPN to provide direct care to residents in a supportive, family‑like setting. You will be part of a team that values respect, growth, and compassionate service, delivering care with professionalism and empathy.

The schedule includes Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with 32 hours required for Baylor pay. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and more, along with retirement and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Active LPN license in Virginia.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing in a long-term care facility.
• Ability to make independent decisions.

LPN Baylor Qualifications
