Our Lady of Hope is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) supervisor for Medication Technicians and CNAs in Richmond, VA. The role involves administering medications, providing direct care, and monitoring residents' health, while staying attentive to residents on a personal level and escalating changes to management as needed.
The ideal candidate will be diligent, caring, and respectful, hold a valid LPN license, and possess CPR/First Aid certification or be able to obtain it within 60 days.
Pay range (based on experience): $30.25-$36.50 per hour
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) supervisor for Medication Technicians and CNAs. They play a key role in maintaining the health of residents. The LPN and/or Med Tech must responsibly and accurately administer medication, provide direct care, and monitor resident health. These caregivers get to know residents on a personal level and will alert management when a resident’s needs change. The right individual for this position is diligent, caring, and respectful.
