Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current LPN license in the relevant state and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain close relationships with residents.
• Provide resident care as per individual care plans.
• Assist with and monitor resident medication needs.
• Ensure resident safety is a daily priority.
• Collaborate with RAs and CNAs to support care goals.
