Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to care for employees and dependents at our Health Center. Shifts include 4-10 hour days, with rotating Saturdays.

The role involves direct patient care, documentation, medication administration, wound care, and adherence to infection control protocols. Requirements include an Associate's degree (A.S.) or NLN-accredited program, current LPN license, BLS certification, and at least three years of ambulatory or occupational

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical experience as LPN/LVN in ambulatory care, occupational health, or ED.
• Current active LPN/LVN license in state of practice.
• BLS or equivalent Basic Life Support certification.
• Graduate of NLN-accredited nursing program or equivalent with an AS degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and collaborate under supervision of healthcare providers.
• Document medical tasks including medication administration, wound care, specimen collection and reactions to treatments.
• Maintain medical equipment, ensure a clean, safe environment, and follow infection control procedures.
• Maintain up-to-date patient health records and perform other duties as assigned.
