Job summary

Dayton Children's is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for ambulatory care within the Child Health Pavilion. The LPN will provide professional nursing care in a fast-paced pediatric setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support patient and family health goals.

The role requires an Ohio LPN license, a Nursing Diploma, and CPR certification. Schedule is Monday–Friday 7:30 AM–5:00 PM with one set off day and one evening rotation.

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma required.
• LPN license to practice in Ohio is required.
• CPR certification is required by the Ohio Board of Nursing (AHA).

Responsibilities

The LPN interacts with an interdisciplinary team to promote the optimal health potential of the patient and family, delivering competent nursing care based on the patient/family needs and the hospital mission.
