Regency Oaks is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our Assisted Living Facility team. This role focuses on compassionate resident care, collaboration with the care team, and communication with families to ensure exceptional service.

Available shifts include full-time or part-time from 3pm to 11pm. Starting pay is up to $29 per hour, based on experience and certifications. Regency Oaks values integrity, empathy, and excellence in care.

Formación

• Current LPN license valid in the state of Florida (or compact state).
• Heart for service and readiness to respond to community needs and emergencies.
• Background screening through AHCA as required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate care and assist residents with daily living activities.
• Monitor and respond to changes in residents’ health and behavior.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and update personalized care plans.
• Communicate effectively with families and leadership to ensure top-tier care.
• Delegate, supervise, and support the care provided by CNAs.
• Uphold the highest standards of nursing practice and professionalism.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide compassionate care and assist residents with daily living activities.

• Delegate, supervise, and support the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
