Regency Oaks in Clearwater, FL is seeking a compassionate LPN for an Assisted Living Facility. You will provide daily resident care, monitor health changes, and work with the care team to tailor individual plans.

This role offers 3pm-11pm shifts, either full-time or part-time, with pay up to $29 per hour, education assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package. You will supervise CNAs and communicate with families to ensure high-quality care.

Qualificações

• Current Florida LPN license or compact state license.
• Ability to respond to emergencies and provide compassionate elder care.
• Strong communication with families and care team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide compassionate care and assist residents with daily living activities.
• Monitor and respond to changes in residents' health and behavior.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and update personalized care plans.
