Job summary

TaraVista in Devens, Massachusetts is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our multidisciplinary treatment team. You will provide direct care for patients in psychiatric, emotional, and substance use treatment settings, and support families while upholding TaraVista's clinical standards.

You will work 32-hours with an evening shift 3:00p–11:30pm, including weekend and holiday rotation. The RN guides your work, and prior psychiatric or substance use inpatient experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an LPN by the State of Massachusetts.
• CPR certification required.
• Knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorders treatment modalities.
• Ability to develop a therapeutic relationship while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Experience in psychiatric or substance use disorders inpatient care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for individuals in psychiatric, emotional, and substance use treatment.
• Support the team and advocate for patients.
• Maintain a safe therapeutic milieu grounded in TaraVista's core principles.
• Work under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN).
