Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join its care team in Tennessee. The role includes administering medications, supervising nursing assistants, and adhering to clinical policies to maintain a safe, clean, and organized unit for residents.
The successful candidate will be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active LPN license and a solid ability to follow detailed written and oral instructions, monitor residents,
Formación
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with nursing license.
- Ability to apply therapeutic treatments as prescribed and follow detailed instructions.
- Experience with accurate medication administration and observing for adverse drug reactions.
Responsabilidades
- Provides nursing care in accordance with board/administrative policies.
- Directs and assists nursing assistants on the unit.
- Administers medications after orientation and maintains medication records.
- Monitors residents for signs and symptoms of adverse drug reactions; responds to call lights as required.
